Returns/ Refund Policy
For sanitary reasons, all mask4soul masks are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Any cancellation must be approved by mask4soul (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking and other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to mask4soul within 5 days of package delivery. Proof of damages are required, mask4soul will work alongside the customer to come to a solution. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, we are not accepting returns due to sanitary reasons.
